Republic Reinforces Strategy & Storytelling Expertise With Growing Team

To help Republic and our clients navigate this evolving environment with empathy, we are excited and pleased to announce that we are growing our team. Brian Tod is formally joining Republic as Head of Strategy and Giordano Temple and Wesley Albert are coming on-board full-time to support our client service and creative and content teams.
Brian will oversee the expansion of Republic’s suite of strategy offerings including Customer Journey and Empathy Mapping as well as our proprietary PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned) planning and measurement tools. He will also work alongside Republic President, Kathy Murphy and Vice President, Joline Matika to help serve our growing portfolio of clients. As part of our hub and spoke model, he has been working with the Republic team for close to six months. He has regularly demonstrated his passion, value and commitment to both Republic and our clients through his meaningful contributions.
Prior to joining Republic, Brian worked at Labatt Breweries of Canada, where he held a number of innovative, strategic roles including being Head of Consumer Connections across Labatt’s brand portfolio as well as a Director on the Innovation Team. Previous to his time at Labatt, Brian was an Account Manager at TAXI.
Like Republic, Brian is curious in nature, always striving to learn more about people, the world and the technologies that are shaping everything around us. He loves animals and cooking, having fun and geeking out.
This announcement follows a series of top talent additions and recent hires made by Republic, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to strategic planning and creative, purpose-based storytelling through innovative, channel-neutral marketing. The agency is also welcoming back Giordano Temple as Account Coordinator and Wesley Albert as Creative Coordinator.
